TBA invites you to its fourth exhibition, A Deal, a duo-show by Lada Nakonechna and Alicja Pakosz — two artists whose practices confront the intersections of power, memory, and survival.
In A Deal, Lada Nakonechna and Alicja Pakosz explore the fragile negotiations that occur within conditions of violence and vulnerability. Together, they interrogate the uneasy pacts shaped not by mutual recognition, but by necessity and force. The works of Nakonechna Pakosz trace how compromise becomes a form of survival—a reflex rather than a choice. Even within imbalance and distortion, this compromise can open up the possibility of a winning game—but one that leaves bodies and lives behind.
A Deal presents a new body of works by Nakonechna and Pakosz, and marks their first collaborative exhibition in Poland.
